Return & Refund Policy for SSRLoot.com

Effective Date: November 14, 2025

Thank you for shopping with SSRLoot LLC (“SSRLoot,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

This Return & Refund Policy explains when refunds or replacements may be issued for purchases made through our website.

Because all items are printed on demand and made specifically for each customer, our return policy is limited and applies only to certain situations.

SSRLoot LLC reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time.

1. Returns Are Only Accepted for Defective or Incorrect Items

All products sold through SSRLoot are custom-made for each order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

  • Printed with an error

We do not offer returns for incorrect size selection, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.

2. Reporting a Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Item

If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, you must report the issue within 30 days of delivery.

To begin a claim, email us at:

Please include the following:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the defect or printing error (required by our production partners)

Failure to provide photos may delay or prevent approval of your claim.

3. Print-On-Demand Partner Requirements

All items are produced and shipped by third-party print-on-demand fulfillment partners (such as Printify’s network of print providers). Because of this:

  • Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receipt

  • Photo evidence is required for evaluation

  • Approved claims will result in either a replacement or refund

  • Additional information may be required based on the print provider’s policies

We follow the same guidelines and time frames required by our fulfillment partners.

4. Custom Product Policy

Any product that includes uploaded images, custom text, or personalized artwork cannot be returned, unless it arrives defective or printed incorrectly.

This is because each custom item is made specifically for the customer’s request.

5. Refund Processing

If your claim is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original method of payment

  • Processing time is typically 3–5 business days, depending on your bank

  • If you choose a replacement, it will be shipped at no cost once the claim is approved

You will be notified via email once your refund or replacement has been processed.

6. Physical Returns (Rare Situations)

Most defective items do not need to be returned.
However, if our print provider requests the item back for inspection:

  • We will notify you by email

  • You will receive detailed return instructions

  • You are responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping unless otherwise stated

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Unexpected packages cannot be accepted or processed.
